How long are processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2 –3 business days for your order to be ready for shipping. Processing occurs Monday – Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Local shipping fee is R150 via The Courier Guy. Domestic Express Shipping is 2 – 4 business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7 – 10 business days depending on your location.

If you opted to collect your order, you will be notified as to when your order will be collected. Collection addresses as follows:

  • Kempton Park:
    • Plot 32R, Pomona Road, Bredel, Kempton Park, Siyanda Engineering Complex
  • Pretoria:
    • Waterkloof Lane, Manie Rd, Rietvalleirand

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately not. To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

May I return my order?

Due to the nature of the current situation and the with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to accept returns on any PPE related products.

Due to the nature of the current situation and the with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to accept returns on any PPE related products, which include the following: gloves, face shields, masks, goggles, opened sanitizer bottles etc. Thermometers carry a 10 day return policy should a unit be faulty.
